Cancellations
If you need to cancel your packing or unpacking booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be set out in your booking confirmation. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your move date subject to our availability across the UK. We will do our best to find an alternative date. Rescheduling may be subject to the same notice periods as cancellations.
